Assistive Devices Program (ADP)
For most of the devices, ADP will pay up to 75% of the cost of the equipment; for some other items ADP pays a fixed amount. In most cases, an Authorizer registered with ADP assesses the needs and prescribes the appropriate devices. Only vendors registered with ADP can provide the equipment.
Transitions Wealth Strategies will guide you as to what devices the program covers, your eligibility and how ADP works. Once eligibility is determined we will guide you to the Authorizing agency and facilitate access to the funds and ensure that you take full advantage of what the Assistive Devices Program has to offer.
